Maxi Roll & Public Jumbo Roll tissue paper production line integrates a deep single embossing & edge embossing rewinding machine matched with a single channel log saw cutting machine. It is specially engineered for manufacturing large-diameter public jumbo rolls and maxi rolls.

Finished roll diameter ranges from 90mm to 130mm. This line runs at a speed of 200m/min and can produce 50 rolls per minute for high-volume production. Equipped with a PLC system, it automatically controls jumbo roll tension without manual one-by-one adjustment, which reduces labor and guarantees consistent paper quality.
