The gluing composite embossing roller adopts heat sleeve technology. The outer pipe is made of a special alloy steel pipe with a rough wall thickness of 50 mm. The inner hole of the entire pipe is first finely turned and bored to one size. The inner pipe is made of a 45-gauge carbon steel seamless steel pipe with a wall thickness of 30 mm. The outer ring of the inner pipe is made of a 20-mm thick spiral steel plate. shape welded together, heat shrink sleeved into the shaft head, and then the inner tube is machine-processed to an outer diameter that matches the inner diameter of the outer tube. The outer tube is placed on the workbench of the tower type heat jacket furnace, and the entire outer tube is heated to the expansion coefficient. Specify the size, then lift the inner tube up and slowly compress it into the inner hole of the outer tube. The two are integrated into one. After cooling, a high-strength embossed roller blank is formed, which is then rough-machined by a lathe. The tile medium frequency heat treatment furnace uses heat treatment and cooling technology to make the surface of the roller blank reach a hardness of 55 to 58. Then it goes to the lathe for the third time for finishing and a dynamic balance test is performed. After reaching a balance accuracy of plus or minus 5 grams, it is finely ground on a cylindrical grinder. After processing to the size required by the drawing, the roller body is processed, and then enters the next laser etching process to laser engrave the customer-customized pattern on the surface of the roller body. After the engraving is completed, shot blasting and sandblasting are performed to remove burrs on the surface. The entire process After smoothing, it enters the electroplating process. A layer of high-hardness chromium with a thickness of 0.03 mm is plated on the pattern surface.The whole plate is bright and smooth.
